Sept 8 (Reuters) – AstraZeneca said on Tuesday its cancer drug Imfinzi combined with Amgen’s targeted immunotherapy Imdelltra significantly improved overall survival in first-line extensive-stage small cell lung cancer in a late-stage trial.
