GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – Police are identifying the suspect involved in a Sunday standoff as 29-year-old Tou Vang.
Vang was wanted on several felony warrants, and officers attempted to stop his vehicle in Green Bay around 11:00 a.m. Sunday morning. He refused to stop, leading to a brief pursuit. Officers used a Pursuit Intervention Technique (PIT) maneuver to stop Vang’s vehicle, and he fired a handgun at them.
