GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — On Monday, the Green Bay Botanical Garden provided a special sneak peek at this year’s 27th annual WPS Garden of Lights.
Visitors will be able to immerse themselves in 40 nature-themed displays compiled of more than 350,000 lights.
Returning favorites include the Caterpillar, Butterflies in Motion, and Lake of Lights.
There are two new attractions this year: the Blue Cove and Glowing Orbs.
“The main theme of it really is to get outside in the winter and enjoy nature. And of course, our days are long and dark so we light it up at night to make things a little brighter as we head into the holidays,” says Green Bay Botanical Garden President and CEO Susan Garot.
The 27th annual WPS Garden of Lights officially opens for the season on Friday at 4:30 p.m.
