(LEARFIELD) – The Wisconsin Badgers will take it slow while waiting for Will Garlock to bounce back from an injury.
Head coach Greg Gard says the seven-footer will go through some more testing after sitting out Tuesday’s exhibition game against Oklahoma State.
Gard says Garlock may be the most-improved player on the team’s roster.
Yahoo Sports reports that he’s been a standout in preseason practices.
The regular season opens next Monday against Denver, but Wisconsin doesn’t face a high-major opponent until November 19th.
