(WTAQ-WLUK) — A high-tech window product that can switch from clear to frosted with the tap of an app has been named the “Coolest Thing in Wisconsin.”
Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce crowned CLIC Smart Privacy Glass as the winning product for 2026. The glass is made by Cardinal IG in Tomah.
The product is designed for homes and businesses installing the glass for windows and doors. Users can use an app to make the glass shift from clear to a frosted look for privacy.
Brillion-based Ariens also made the top four with one of the company’s zero-turn lawnmowers.
