(LEARFIELD) – Oddsmakers project Notre Dame as a 20-and-a-half point favorite in Sunday’s season opener against the Badgers.
So far, Bucky’s 5th Quarter.com reports that 34 percent of the money is on Wisconsin to cover that big spread.
That means a majority of the people putting their money down on the game expect the margin will be three touchdowns or more.
The Badgers folded in a few games last season although the Iowa loss was the worst example.
It’s important for them to be as competitive as possible when they take on the Fighting Irish.
The betting line has them winning six-and-a-half games in the 2026 season.
Badgers coach Luke Fickell talked about his 2026 team.
The coach said that they have a long week to prepare for a game.
Fickell said that he thinks quarterback Colton Joseph will be ready for this.
What does he expect from Colton Joseph and the offense on Sunday?
Fickell said that there are more expectations for the offense.
The game is scheduled to kick off at Lambeau Field at 6:30 p.m.
