(ST. NORBERT COMMUNICATIONS) DE PERE – St. Norbert College has been selected third in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference’s annual pre-season poll of the league’s coaches and sports information directors.
The Green Knights totaled 273 points and one first-place vote in the poll. Edgewood University was the pre-season favorite with 329 points and 21 first-place votes. Aurora University was picked second with 305 points and four first-place votes.
St. Norbert opens its season on Sept. 1 at Ripon College. The Green Knights open conference play against Marian University on Sept. 24 at Mulva Family Fitness and Sports Center.
