OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A wanted man was taken into custody Wednesday in Oshkosh.
At approximately 2 p.m., the U.S. Marshals Service Eastern Wisconsin Violent Offender Task Force and Oshkosh Police Department arrested Antonio Brown, a murder suspect from Milwaukee on the “Wisconsin’s Most Wanted” list.
Law enforcement located Brown near a business on Oshkosh’s north side and detained him without incident. OPD says it “utilized investigative technology, including Flock Safety, during this fugitive apprehension investigation.”
“The presence of armed and wanted individuals poses a threat to the health, safety and well-being of our residents. We will not tolerate the city being used as a safe haven for wanted individuals,” OPD said in a news release.
We will continue to work tirelessly, utilizing all available resources to identify, locate and apprehend those individuals who engage in these destructive behaviors. We stand united with our community in the fight against illegal activity, ensuring Oshkosh remains a safe place for all.
Brown is accused of opening fire in the parking lot of a Milwaukee bar in December 2025. He allegedly shot more than a dozen times, killing Latroy Harris and injuring another man.
