KAUKAUNA, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A Fox Valley design and building contractor is expanding with the purchase of another local company.
Kaukauna-based Keller Inc. announced the acquisition of Appleton-based Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction Inc. on Monday. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“This acquisition is a natural fit for both companies because of the complementary markets that we work in,” Keller president/CEO Cory VandeWettering said in a news release. “Hoffman has earned its reputation through high-quality design and construction and takes a personal approach to every project values we share at Keller. We acquired Hoffman to support its success, and they will continue delivering exceptional work while strengthening our portfolio.”
Hoffman will keep its name and continue operating out of its downtown Appleton office.
Sam Statz, Hoffman’s former president and owner, will move into a business development role. Executive vice president/COO Chad Ulman will lead Hoffman.
“It was important to find a company that values what we’ve built here,” Ulman said. “Keller’s alignment with our principles strengthens Hoffman’s legacy, upholds our commitment to quality and positions our team for a successful future.”
The companies say all current projects will continue with no disruptions to timelines or customer representatives.
