WAUPACA, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A public meeting is set for those interested in learning more about a housing development in Waupaca.
The city is working with Tycore Built to develop River Ridge North. Plans for the first phase call for 124 apartment units and 32 single-family homes. Construction is set to begin later this year.
Another phase would include 76 owner-occupied housing units and 120 apartment units.
The meeting is scheduled for 5 p.m. July 29 at the Waupaca Country Club, 1330 Ware St. Those interested can RSVP online.
City officials expect the $69 million project to add nearly $28 million to the city’s tax rolls.
