GREEN BAY, WI ( WTAQ) – A Silver Alert has been issued for 69-year-old Rosanne Shrovnal-O’Connell.
Police say she was last seen June 5th in the 1500 block of Capitol Drive at her apartment.
Roseanne has cognitive and memory issues and may also have dementia.
She is described as being 5’8″, 133 pounds, having blue eyes, brown hair, and missing most of her teeth. It’s uncertain what she was last seen wearing.
She does not have access to a vehicle and suffers from pain in her knees that makes her walk very slowly.
