MARINETTE, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Two men were arrested in what authorities described as a “child exploitation sex sting operation” in the city of Marinette.
Multiple agencies from both Wisconsin and Michigan assisted in the operation. A 27-year-old male and a 31-year-old male were taken into custody. Their names were not released.
Both men are facing charges of child enticement and using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime. If convicted on both counts, the men each face a maximum sentence of 65 years in prison.
