Jesse Pool (Calumet Co. Jail)
BRILLION, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Jesse Pool pleaded not guilty Friday to four child-related sex offenses.
Pool, 43, also waived his preliminary hearing on two counts of causing a child to view sexual activity, using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, and child enticement.
No trial date was set. He returns to court Aug. 6 for a status conference, court records show.
The Brillion Police Department was notified by the Green Bay Police Department of a situation that had taken place at a store in Green Bay. Investigators were also made aware of a social media post that had gone viral which showed Pool involved in an attempt to meet with a 13-year-old girl to engage in sexual acts.
