GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Chloe Zellner was sentenced to eight years in prison for a carjacking and attack outside a west-side hospital.
Zellner, 18, was convicted of operating a vehicle without consent with use of weapon and substantial battery for the Sept. 8, 2022 incident outside HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center.
She was also placed on extended supervision for five years by Judge Donald Zuidmulder at Monday’s hearing, court records show.
A juvenile was also charged for the attack.
An employee of the hospital reported that she was leaving work when she passed a male and a female, and then the man attacked her. She says she was struck in the head with a handgun, and her vehicle was taken.
The victim got 17 staples for her head after suffering a significant concussion, broken finger and other bruises and contusions. Police say a BB gun was used during the attack. The stolen car was eventually recovered.
