WAUPACA COUNTY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Sheriff’s officials are looking for a vehicle that was involved in a hit-and-run with a pedestrian near New London High School Thursday night.
The Waupaca County Sheriff’s Office says the crash happened around 6:30 p.m. on Highway W near New London High School. The vehicle involved may be a car or a smaller SUV, with a dark color. The vehicle would likely have damage to the headlight assembly and mirror on the passenger side. The remaining headlight may have a yellow-colored tint. The vehicle was last seen headed north into New London.
Sheriff’s officials also want to speak with anyone who stopped at the scene before authorities arrived.
