(WTAQ-WLUK) — A former Green Bay Packers defensive tackle was booked into the Brown County Jail on Wednesday.
Online court records show Letroy Guion, 35, was taken into custody for a parole violation. As of 7 p.m. Thursday, he is listed as a current inmate but nothing has been updated for his case in Wisconsin’s online court system.
In Jan. 2023, Guion was convicted of battery for a domestic violence incident at his home in Sept. 2021 involving his now-wife. He was sentenced to one year in jail, placed on probation and ordered to complete a domestic violence intervention program.
Guion played 112 regular-season games in the NFL with the Minnesota Vikings from 2008 to 2013 and with the Green Bay Packers from 2014 to 2016.
He had numerous off-the-field issues after joining the Packers, including an arrest in Hawaii for driving under the influence of an intoxicant and an arrest in Florida for possession of marijuana and a gun. Green Bay released him in 2017.
