APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) – A 3-year-old has been reported missing from Appleton.
Police say Charley Peeples was last seen over the weekend with her grandmother in a dark-colored 2002 Jeep Cherokee, with Wisconsin license plate number 700-YPJ.
The case does not meet the criteria for an Amber Alert, police say, because Peeples is with a family member and there is no active threat.
Peeples weighs 46 pounds and stands 29 inches tall.
