ASHWAUBENON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – A new apartment building and climbing gym held its ribbon cutting on Wednesday.
The Common Place Apartments are located on Mike McCarthy Way in Ashwaubenon’s Sports & Entertainment District.
Home to 88 total residential units – including studios and one and two-bedroom apartments – the property has a unique twist: a climbing and fitness center occupying the entire first floor.
“It’s so awesome to finally be able to cut the ribbon,” said Sam Howard, co-founder of Odyssey Climbing + Fitness. “It really means a lot to continue to welcome the community through our doors. The last six months have been incredible and we’re really excited to keep the momentum going with the apartments fully open and our [fitness and climbing] space ready to roll as well.”
Howard said the property is a great place to live and recreate and provides a healthy, social opportunity for the community to enjoy.
Units are still available to rent at the Common Place Apartments.
