Oakfield farmers named the 2022 Environmental Stewardship Award

Joanna talked with Jerry Huth and Josh Scharf, owners of Huth Polled Herefords and S&H Livestock Enterprises, in Oakfield, Wis. The joint operation was selected as the regional winner for the 2022 Environmental Stewardship Award Program. They shared more about their operations, sustainability efforts and advice for farms including a non-family member.
