GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – The Beja Shriners are adding a significant addition to their Shrine Center in Green Bay.
Leaders held a groundbreaking ceremony on Friday.
The new building will house the Northeast Wisconsin Masonic Center and a library and museum. It will be the new home of four Masonic lodges and eight other Masonic organizations.
“We Sold the building we had before, and we hosted our local lodges here at Beja, and thanks to the work of that building committee, we were able to secure a plan to construct a new lodge room here,” Beja Potentate Ben Rodgers said.
The new addition is expected to be completed by late August.
