GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A court commissioner on Wednesday rejected a request to dismiss a homicide charge against Robert Bowsky for a June 19 shooting.
After the defense motion was rejected, a preliminary hearing was held and Bowsky was ordered to stand trial. He enters a plea Feb. 26.
Deanthony Odum was killed and two others were injured in the incident at Seymour Park.
