MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ) — The identity of the man found dead Tuesday morning at the Manitowoc County Jail has been released.
Sheboygan County Officials, who are investigating the death, named the man as 36-year-old Justin Hall of Manitowoc.
Hall was pronounced dead by paramedics after a corrections officer found him lying in an awkward position in his cell just before 8:00 am.
Outside agencies are often requested to assist when deaths occur in correctional facilities.
