TOWN OF WARREN, WI (WTAQ) – A Fond du Lac man has been arrested for reportedly firing a gun at a passing vehicle Friday night.
Officers say the incident occurred on State Road 21 in the Waushara County Town of Warren, east of Redgranite, shortly before 9 pm.
A witness told police that he was fired at by a black, westbound vehicle.
Authorities located the vehicle in the Town of Marion and arrested the driver.
Officers say they also recovered a 9mm pistol, drugs, and drug paraphernalia from the vehicle.
The driver’s name has not been released, but authorities say he faces multiple charges including Operating While Intoxicated.
