OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – A man accused of trafficking women in at least nine states was arrested in Appleton and is currently being held in the Outagamie County Jail.
39-year-old Glenwood Brown Jr. of Chicago was arrested on August 7 and court documents allege he trafficked two women out of hotel rooms in Appleton and Grand Chute.
Brown posted advertisements for prostitution services in nine different states, according to prosecutors.
He is due back in court on Thursday and a $25,000 cash bond has been set.
Brown is facing two felony counts of receiving compensation for human trafficking.
