Schumer claims that Biden's denial of a former U.S. Senate staffer named Tara Reade's sexual assault allegations against Biden is “sufficient.”
But when it came to the sexual assault allegations that Christine Blasey Ford made of now-Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh in 2018, Schumer immediately claimed that Blasey Ford's accusation was “extremely credible.”
Schumer went on to vote against Kavanaugh's confirmation to the SCOTUS on the unproven, largely discredited premise that Kavanaugh sexaully assaulted Blasey Ford.
Keep in mind, there was no definitive evidence as to what happened in either of these alleged incidents when Schumer made his public proclamations.
“The John Muir Show” maintains that all U.S. citizens, including Joe Biden, are to be presumed innocent until a later time where they might be proven guilty.
This show also rightfully notes that the accusations against Joe Biden were immediately more credible than the accusations against Brett Kavanaugh.
In the Biden case, neither party is denying the existence of interactions between the two. In the Kavanaugh case, there was no evidence that Kavanaugh and Ford had ever met. One party in that case denied there ever being contact between the two.
Again, this fact does not prove innocence or guilt in either case. But it does lend credibility to one accusation (Reade) that does not exist with the other accusation (Blasey Ford).
So Chuck Schumer is not speaking factually when he rushes to deem Brett Kavanaugh guilty and rushes to deem Joe Biden innocent.
Schumer is allowing his partisan politics to solely affect his stances on these matters. He's willingly employing a double standard.
Since Schumer and his fellow Democrats view Biden as politically useful in November's election, they rush to dismiss the allegations against him.
Since Kavanaugh was a threat to Democrats, as a judicial figure who would continue to put the Constitution ahead of Democrats' various lawless desires, they rushed to meritlessly demonize him.
People like Chuck Schumer and all of these other Democrat fools who employ this partisan double standard on sexual assault allegations, void of fact, should not be taken seriously. And if you agree with these Democrats, you shouldn't be taken seriously either.
