GRAND CHUTE, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A Green Bay man is facing his 6th OWI offense after a traffic stop on I-41.
Just before 11 a.m. Friday, a Wisconsin State Patrol trooper pulled a vehicle over for speeding on I-41 near State Highway 47 (Richmond Street).
During the traffic stop, the trooper noticed signs of impairment and conducted standardized field sobriety tests. Based on the results, it was determined the 52-year-old Green Bay man was above the legal limit.
He was taken to the Outagamie County Jail.
