GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Green Bay police are searching for a woman who allegedly stole a Prevea Health shuttle van from St. Mary’s Hospital at knifepoint.
Around 7:40 a.m. Tuesday, officers were dispatched to the hospital at 1726 Shawano Avenue after a Prevea Health employee reported while he was working, he was approached by a woman with a large knife who ordered him to get out of the vehicle.
The van is a 2022 dark gray Chrysler Pacifica with Wisconsin license plate #35729AFT. It also has a white triangular topper with “Prevea Health Patient Shuttle” and the phone number of 615-0985.
The suspect is believed to be Jerilyn Soto, 46, of Keshena. Police say she likely drove the van outside of the Green Bay area.
Police are currently working with surrounding law enforcement agencies to locate her and vehicle.
At this time, no injuries have been reported; however, Soto is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who sees the van is asked to call 911 immediately and not approach her.
