Brandon Woodruff allowed a run on two hits and struck out eight batters to earn the win in his first big league start since September 2023.
Brewers manager Pat Murphy talked about Woodruff’s return.
Woodruff said that there’s no comparisons to pitching in the big leagues.

Peralta enters the matchup at 9-and-4 with a 2.91 ERA this season.
This is the first meeting between the teams this season.
Just Freddy: The full MLB All-Star Game rosters were unveiled on Sunday.
Brewers pitcher Freddy Peralta will be the team’s lone representative at the midsummer classic.
