TWO RIVERS (WTAQ-WLUK) – A woman was arrested last Thursday after her dog was found dead inside an apartment in Two Rivers.
On Feb 13, The Two Rivers Police Department received a complaint from an unidentified source about a dog found inside an “unoccupied apartment”, deceased in a kennel.
Elizabeth C. Rahlow, the identified owner of the dog, was arrested by responding officers and booked in the Manitowoc County Jail.
Rahlow is set to appear in court on Monday at 12:45 p.m. for requested charges of “Abandoning an Animal and Mistreating Animals resulting in death”, Lt. Elsenpeter said in a recently released statement.
