MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A bomb threat against an elementary school in Manitowoc was determined not to be credible, police said.
Madison Elementary School principal Jennifer Eichmeier said on Monday night, the FBI received a “vague” threat directed at the school.
Manitowoc police searched the building and found no suspicious items. Police said they also interviewed potential information sources.
“At this time, we do not have any safety concerns related to this vague threat and the school day will continue as planned,” Eichmeier wrote in a letter to parents.
