(WNFL/LEARFIELD) – The Milwaukee Bucks showed little signs of breaking out of their early-season slump in a 122-99 loss to the Memphis Grizzlies in Memphis Thursday night.
Giannis Antetokounmpo had 37 points and 11 rebounds but no other Bucks player had more than 12 points.
Damian Lillard finished with 4 points on 1 of 12 shooting.
The Bucks as a team went 9 of 42 from three point range (21%), and made just 8 of 19 free throw attempts.
Bucks coach Doc Rivers said that the players are getting wide open looks and missing.
Rivers talked about Memphis guard Ja Morant who scored 26 pts and how the Bucks have to end this 4-game losing streak
Bucks center Brook Lopez said that it all comes down to making shots.
Lopez talked about what needs to happen to get out of this slump.
The Bucks will try to end their losing streak Saturday night when they host the Cleveland Cavaliers at FiServ Forum. The game can be heard starting at 6:30 Saturday night on 1440 and 101.9 WNFL.
