FOND DU LAC COUNTY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A Milwaukee man was arrested in Fond du Lac County last week for numerous offenses, including hiding drugs in the groin area of his pants.
It happened Friday around 4:15 a.m., when a deputy working on I-41 radared a vehicle traveling 120 miles per hour northbound near Lost Arrow Road.
The deputy initiated a pursuit and the driver initially did not stop, but then exited at U.S. Highway 151 and pulled over at County Highway V.
According to a news release, the driver was a Milwaukee man with an open criminal case for possession of a firearm and illegal possession of narcotic drugs. Officials say he was out on a $2,500 cash bond and is a felon with prior convictions on weapons, burglary and drug charges.
In addition to speeding, the man was arrested for operating while intoxicated, eluding an officer and possession with intent to deliver ecstasy, which was found in the groin area of his pants.
