KAUKAUNA, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A new music festival is coming to Northeast Wisconsin.
The city of Kaukauna released its lineup for its inaugural music festival in Hydro Park.
The two-day music festival, (official name to be announced during the event) will feature seven bands from the Midwest, playing a variety of genres. In addition to live music, the festival will also feature bounce houses, face painting, balloon twisting and henna.
The bands include Horace Greene of Oshkosh (Indie Rock), Cool Waters Band of the Fox Valley (Roots Rock), Moooose! the band of Kaukauna (Blues Rock), Pegasis of Green Bay (Jazz/World/Pop), Listening Party of Milwaukee (Folk Rock), Kyle Megna & the Monsoons of the Fox Valley (Alternative Rock) and Miles Nielsen & The Rusted Hearts of Rockford, Illinois (Soul/60’s Pop Rock).
The music festival will be held from 4 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 9 and from 1 p.m. – 10 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 10 in Hydro Park, located at 100 Crooks Avenue.
