The Colorado Rockies roughed up Aaron Ashby in a 6-1 victory to finish off the Cactus League schedule for the Milwaukee Brewers. The left-hander, coming off surgery last year gave up 4 runs on 10 hits in five plus innings. The only offense for Milwaukee was delivered by Ernesto Martinez with an RBI sacrifice fly in the 5th inning. The Brewers finished 16-15 in spring ball for new manager Pat Murphy. Milwaukee will pack their bags and depart Arizona Wednesday to open the season in New York, taking on the Mets at Citi Field Thursday afternoon. Freddy Peralta will be the opening day pitcher for the Brewers. Pre-game coverage will begin at 11:30 AM with a 12:10 PM first pitch on WTAQ.
