Green Bay Rockers
The Green Bay Rockers are the champions of the Northwoods League. On Friday night, the Rockers held off the St. Cloud Rox 4-3 in Minnesota to capture their first league title in franchise history. Playoff hero Kendell Ewell’s third home run of the post-season helped Green Bay to the win. It was his walk off, two run homer against Madison in the first round of the playoffs that sent the Rockers on their way. Green Bay went 4-0 in the post-season.
