It has been a wild ride to the Northwoods League Championship game for the Green Bay Rockers. It took a walk off, two run homer from Kendal Ewell to knock out Madison in the opening round of the playoffs and Wednesday night in Michigan, the Rockers stormed past Traverse City 15-14 to win the Great Lakes Division title. The Rockers were down 5-2 after the first inning and 10-4 after the second but rallied for three runs in the 5th and put up 6 more in the 6th to grab the lead. They survived three scoreless innings down the stretch to reach their first ever title game. Green Bay will travel to Minnesota to face the St. Cloud Rox in the Northwoods League Championship game on Friday night.
