GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A Green Bay man has been indicted in federal court for being a felon in possession of a firearm and drug trafficking.
Prosecutors say Fabian J. Duarte, 32, a previously convicted felon, had two guns. He is also accused of possession with intent to distribute cocaine and marijuana.
If convicted of all charges, Duarte faces up to 35 years in prison.
