ASHWAUBENON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — TitletownTech has invested in a company that helps the hospitality and business industry find talent.
The investment will allow Croux to advance its intuitive app where businesses can post shifts and fill them with screened talent more efficiently and cost-effectively than traditional staffing agencies.
“We are thrilled to have the support of TitletownTech and our additional investors as we continue to transform the way the hospitality industry works,” said Croux CEO and co-founder Jennifer Ryan. “This investment enables us to grow and develop our platform while accelerating our expansion across the southeast, all with the core mission in mind: to empower the people of our industry through equal and easy access to flexible work.”
Croux was founded in 2021 by restaurant industry veterans, including co-founder and CEO Jennifer Ryan. Ryan spent 10 years at Goldman Sachs before transitioning to the technology sector. She opened her restaurant, BLUEROOT, in 2019 in Birmingham, Alabama.
