MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — One person has been arrested following a crash in Manitowoc.
Officers were called to S. 10th St. and Madison St. at 10 p.m. on Saturday.
A car traveling westbound was hit by a pickup truck.
Two people in the car suffered serious injuries and were taken to the hospital.
The Manitowoc Fire Department utilized the Jaws of Life to extract the passenger from the car.
The driver of the pickup truck wasn’t injured.
The person driving the car was arrested and believed to be under the influence of alcohol.
No further information is being released at this time.
The crash remains under investigation.
