DETROIT (WTAQ) – U.S. Homeland Security officials continue to investigate a 33-year-old man arrested after he was wanted for child sex crimes in Wisconsin and Michigan.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents arrested the man after Canadian officials would not let him enter the country from an international tunnel at Detroit and Windsor, Ontario.
The Customs agency did not disclose the man’s name, or the Wisconsin crimes for which he was wanted.
Officials say they checked national databases, and the man’s fingerprints confirmed positive matches for cases of possessing and transporting child pornogrpahy.
