NEW LONDON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Property taxes for 2022 are due across the state on Tuesday, January 31. In New London, business hours at the municipal building were changed last year to better accommodate those paying their property taxes in person.
The municipal building is currently open Monday – Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm and Friday from 7:30am to 11:30am.
New London posted on its Facebook page that employees are usually at the Municipal Building, 215 N. Shawano, by 7:00am, and would be happy to assist taxpayers, and to call (920) 982-8500, if the doors are locked when you arrive.
For those wanting to drop-off payments outside of business hours, there is a drop box at the front door.
Tax bills may be paid in two installments, as detailed on the property tax bill. Due dates for 2022 are: January 31 and July 31.
