BROWN COUNTY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Brown County authorities are searching for a man they say fled a traffic stop.
On Sunday, deputies attempted a traffic stop of a silver 2016 Dodge Charger for reckless driving.
The driver did not pull over and continued to drive away at a high rate of speed.
The pursuit was terminated due to safety concerns.
Officials said Monday afternoon that they located the vehicle, which has tinted windows and striping on the rear quarter panels (possibly the entire side of the vehicle). The vehicle is also missing its rear bumper which came off during the pursuit.
Joeadam Peralez, 25, is wanted for questioning in connection to the incident. Peralez currently has a felony warrant for his arrest through the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
