OUTAGAMIE COUNTY (WTAQ)- A Kimberly man has been arrested for allegedly peeping into windows of homes in the Town of Buchanan.
Police were called to the area of Brookhaven Drive.
Deputies say they viewed a video taken by one of the home owners, followed footprints in the snow and talked to neighbors.
Their investigation eventually led them to 42-year-old Joseph Williams.
He was arrested on charges of invasion of privacy involving a minor Sunday night near the Heart of the Valley YMCA in Kimberly.
