BROWN COUNTY (WTAQ)- Work on Green Bay’s Hotel Northland project is now expected to wrap up in mid-July.
A judge has granted court-appointed receiver Paul Swanson’s request to take on an additional $12-million dollars in debt.
City officials say subcontractors are back to work at the hotel, with more work expected to resume later this week.
The project has run into several financial problems since getting underway a couple years ago.
Octagon Credit Partners LP will loan the money to the project and Ganthe Construction is the general contractor.
Financial problems have slowed the project down.
