OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – The Oshkosh Police Department is investigating an indecent exposure incident that occurred on January 3, 2016 at about 4:45 PM.
A man went inside a business in the 300 block of N. Koeller St. and exposed
himself to a female employee before leaving on foot.
Oshkosh Police responded, but did not locate the suspect.
The male suspect was described as being black with a thin build; had dreadlock hair; was about 20 years of age; and was wearing jeans and a pullover sweatshirt.
