APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) – A vehicle, whose driver’s side was covered with blood, has investigators searching for the source of the blood and an explanation of what occurred at the location.
On Thursday, April 5, 2018, at approximately 9:34 AM, an officer was dispatched to the 500 block of E. Bradford Avenue for a suspicious incident.
A resident of the neighborhood reported a vehicle parked on the street had a large amount of blood on its driver’s side and on the ground around the vehicle.
