DE PERE, WI (WTAQ)- De Pere police say they consider a man found dead on the shore of the Fox River suspicious.
A coroner says it is believed the man was in the water for nearly 12 hours.
Police say they were able to identify the man but only released that he is in his 50’s.
They also indicated that the man had prior run-ins with law enforcement.
