ASHWAUBENON, WI (WTAQ) – More charges will be filed against a New London man accused of exposing himself to a child last week.
Ashwaubenon Public Safety officers arrested 60-year-old Randolph Lill back on May 23. Officers say a girl told them that Lill exposed his genitals to her while she was inside a restaurant.
Now, officials say they’re able to connect Lill to 2 other Ashwaubenon cases.
One of the cases was reopened after the victim of a September 28, 2015 case called authorities reporting Lill was the one who exposed himself to her at a different Ashwaubenon restaurant.
The second case dates back to July 2014. A woman came forward to authorities saying Lill exposed himself to her and her daughters at yet a different Ashwaubenon restaurant.
A charge of lewd and lascivious behavior as a repeater, along with another count of lewd and lascivious behavior has been added by the Brown County District Attorney’s office.
Lill remains in the Brown County Jail and is due back in court June 9.
