EAU CLAIRE, WI (WTAQ) – An Eau Claire Democrat has announced he’s running for governor.
Representative Dana Wachs says he wants to be a voice for ‘regular folks,’ claiming government has devolved into a payback mechanism for special interest groups.
The 59-year-old could see an August 2018 primary, with a host of other Democrats expressing interest in challenging Republican Governor Scott Walker.
