OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – UPDATE: Authorities say Werner has been safely located. Oshkosh Police says he appears to be uninjured but was taken to the hospital as a precaution.

Authorities are looking for a 73-year-old Oshkosh man who has wandered away from home.
Police say Thomas Werner has dementia and left home around 12:15 pm.
Werner was last seen walking south on Lake Pointe Drive wearing a lime green shirt, cut-off blue shorts, a Nike cap, and white shoes.
He is white, six feet tall, 199 pounds, with gray hair and hazel eyes.
Police say Werner does not have access to a vehicle, and his destination is unknown.
